Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a Data role, ideally within a high growth consumer technology or e-commerce company.
- 5+ years of experience at a manager level.
- Deep eCommerce or retail analytics experience, including fluency in KPIs for inventory, order economics, pricing, and fulfillment.
- Proven ability to balance people management with hands-on individual contributor work.
- Experience managing experienced analysts with a focus on structure and clear prioritization.
- Confident partnering with VP+ stakeholders and senior business leaders.
- Hands-on experience with AI-native analytics and self-serve analytics infrastructure.
- Extensive experience in data analytics, big data technologies, and statistical modeling.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and data strategy principles.
- Ability to see the big picture and evaluate analyses with strategic business context.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop 5 experienced analysts and data scientists through prioritization, coaching, and goal-setting.
- Own a meaningful book of actionable analysis across eCommerce, supply chain, and health.
- Partner directly with senior leaders and executives to shape analytics strategy.
- Define and steward the KPI and reporting standards for the functions.
- Advance the AI-native analytics roadmap and develop self-serve tools.
- Champion AI-forward analytics work across the team to drive cross-functional excellence.
