8+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally within high-growth consumer technology or e-commerce.
5+ years of experience at a manager level leading experienced analysts.
Deep expertise in core e-commerce/retail KPIs (e.g., AOV, unit economics, instock rates, fulfillment costs).
Proven experience balancing people management with hands-on individual contribution.
Strong communication skills with experience building relationships with VP+ stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with AI-native analytics, self-serve infrastructure, and semantic layers.
Extensive experience with big data technologies and statistical modeling.
Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and data strategy principles.
Ability to prioritize progress over perfection and manage multiple high-impact initiatives.
Proficiency in utilizing AI tools daily to accelerate analysis and output.

Lead and develop 5 experienced analysts and data scientists through prioritization, coaching, and goal-setting.
Own actionable analysis across eCommerce, supply chain, and health while remaining hands-on with the data.
Partner directly with senior leaders and serve as a thought partner to the executive team.
Define and steward KPI and reporting standards for relevant functions.
Advance the AI-native analytics roadmap and develop self-serve tools for business teams.
Create a culture of analytics excellence by championing AI-forward methodologies and cross-team collaboration.
Solve complex business challenges by delivering actionable insights and clear, prioritized recommendations.
