Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, business or data analytics, management consulting, or quantitative strategy.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience building sophisticated models from scratch.
- Proven ability to create forecasting, capacity, headcount, or scenario models using complex or imperfect datasets.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Demonstrated ability to identify inefficient processes and replace them with scalable, structured solutions.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect workforce data to financial and strategic outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, a quantitative discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the enterprise workforce planning function, defining its long-term vision, roadmap, frameworks, and operating model.
- Develop demand forecasting, headcount, capacity, and scenario-planning models that connect workforce decisions to organizational outcomes.
- Partner closely with FP&A on headcount governance, annual budget cycles, and long-term workforce cost planning.
- Diagnose and redesign complex workforce planning processes, replacing manual practices with scalable, repeatable, and data-driven systems.
- Own and improve the data infrastructure, reporting, and dashboards to support leadership visibility into headcount and capacity.
- Influence cross-functional senior stakeholders to adopt new planning models and frameworks.
- Translate complex data into executive-ready narratives and strategic recommendations.
