Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis or a related role.
- Experience analysing data and presenting findings to business stakeholders.
- Experience turning business questions into structured analysis and clear recommendations.
- Experience defining metrics, business rules and data requirements.
- Experience or strong knowledge of the apparel industry, retail, digital and wholesale channels.
- Experience in product, merchandising, planning, inventory, ecommerce, or supply chain.
- Strong skills in SQL, Excel and data visualisation.
- Practical experience with PowerBI or a similar BI tool.
- Experience with Snowflake or a similar data platform (useful).
- Analytically strong with a structured approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work well with both business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to understand business problems, decisions and priorities.
- Gather requirements for analytics, reporting and data initiatives.
- Define metrics, business rules, data needs and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze customer, product, sales, inventory and operational data to identify trends.
- Turn findings into clear insights and practical recommendations.
- Build strong working relationships across Brand and Technology teams.
- Run workshops to explore problems and review analytical findings.
