Requirements
- 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Growth Operations, or Analytics within complex, multi-system environments.
- Experience building and optimizing end-to-end funnels (B2B2C, marketplace, healthcare, or lifecycle marketing preferred).
- Proven ability to deliver decision-ready analyses and translate complex data into clear recommendations.
- Demonstrated success driving cross-functional alignment and influencing stakeholders independently.
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, BI tools; SQL a plus) with expertise in funnel metrics, conversion analysis, and operating models.
- Experience partnering with Customer Success, Sales, or Growth teams to drive behavior change.
- Experience with healthcare data, eligibility files, or similar data ingestion workflows preferred.
- Strong judgment in balancing analytical rigor with speed and scoping impact.
- Ability to build structure within ambiguous, fragmented data environments.
Responsibilities
- Own enrollment funnel reporting across eligibility, outreach, and member conversion.
- Build and maintain a unified data model linking B2B customer activity to B2C member outcomes.
- Identify and resolve data gaps, system disconnects, and process inefficiencies.
- Develop dashboards and insights that help CSMs and leaders improve funnel health.
- Lead stakeholder reviews with clear recommendations, decisions, and next steps.
- Partner with field teams to build practical analytics that incorporate frontline insights.
- Establish operating rhythms to track funnel performance and drive accountability.
- Lead Customer Success annual planning, including capacity, territories, quotas, and incentives.
