Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning outcomes at the senior level.
- Prior experience in K-12, Special Education EdTech, or HealthTech is preferred.
- Expertise in shaping discovery standards and uncovering complex user needs.
- Ability to translate business-prioritized problems into rigorous product definitions.
- Experience leading major cross-functional initiatives and shipping complex, multi-stakeholder releases.
- Deep fluency in clinical lifecycles and SaaS-plus-service delivery models.
- Commercial acumen with familiarity in metrics such as EBITDA, NRR, and Gross Margins.
- Proficiency with AI prototyping tools and establishing responsible AI-use standards.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.
- Commitment to being available on-camera during Core Working Hours (12 - 5 p.m. ET).
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for in-person collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own product definition, solution design, user research, testing, and implementation of Platform Therapy Delivery experiences and clinical documentation tools.
- Translate prioritized problems into AI-native product solutions by partnering with product teams and subject matter experts.
- Lead continuous discovery with clinicians and school-side stakeholders to inform platform adaptations.
- Build and validate prototypes using AI-assisted tools while adhering to FERPA, HIPAA, SOC2, and WCAG AA standards.
- Define, track, and communicate product success metrics such as clinician adoption and usage.
- Lead an interdisciplinary pod of designers, engineers, and clinical subject matter experts.
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, sales, and operations on product releases and go-to-market plans.
