Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning outcomes at the Senior PM level.
- Deep fluency across the clinical lifecycle within a SaaS and service model.
- Proven experience shaping discovery standards and uncovering complex user needs.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing metrics such as EBITDA, NRR, and Gross Margins.
- Proficiency in AI prototyping tools and establishing AI strategy and responsible-use standards.
- Experience shipping complex, multi-stakeholder releases in a cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA is a plus.
- Prior experience in K-12/Special Education EdTech or HealthTech preferred.
- Ability to be available on-camera during Core Working Hours (12-5 PM ET).
- Availability for up to 10% travel for offsites and events.
Responsibilities
- Own product definition, solution design, user research, testing, and implementation of Platform Therapy Delivery experiences, documentation, and reporting.
- Translate prioritized problems into AI-native product solutions by partnering with product teams and subject matter experts.
- Lead continuous discovery with clinicians and school-side stakeholders to ensure a user-centered product evolution.
- Build and validate prototypes with AI-assisted tools while adhering to FERPA, HIPAA, SOC2 Type2, and WCAG AA standards.
- Define, track, and communicate product success metrics including adoption and clinician usage.
- Lead an interdisciplinary pod of designers, engineers, and clinical subject matter experts.
- Collaborate across business functions on product release and go-to-market plans.
