Requirements
- BS/BA in Business Administration (Finance/Accounting/Economics) or other relevant degree.
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Consulting, preferably in SaaS.
- Advanced level proficiency with Excel.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau.
- Strong understanding of the marketing funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) and sales pipeline stages.
- High level of attention to detail and data accuracy focus.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and team-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of disparate data and generate recommendations for C-Suite executives.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to the marketing leadership team by proactively providing accurate analysis and insights.
- Develop and maintain KPI packages to measure marketing campaign effectiveness, target performance, and return on investment.
- Build annual funnel targets considering historical performance and strategic changes.
- Communicate actionable insights from reporting and identify root causes for performance trends.
- Drive process improvements to manage marketing automation and CRM data output to improve integrity and accuracy.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Product Marketing, and Product teams to optimize lead conversion and revenue.
- Complete ad hoc analysis for marketing leadership and executives.
