Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, revenue, or business operations.
- Proven ability to own and execute recurring operational processes end-to-end with high accuracy.
- Experience in the Medicare Advantage, health insurance, or other CMS-regulated environments.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills including complex modeling.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in a BI tool such as Mode, Looker, or Tableau.
- Experience automating manual work through scripting, Apps Script, or workflow tools.
- Clear written communication skills.
- High attention to detail regarding data accuracy and system-of-record maintenance.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and exercise judgment when escalating issues.
- Familiarity with broker or agent distribution channels is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own agent and agency contracting, including onboarding new agencies and running annual contracting cycles.
- Serve as the first point of contact for contracting questions and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate onboarding and data compilation for sales platforms and support vendor relationships.
- Manage sales operations performance reporting using SQL, BI tools, and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
- Maintain the sales playbook, support remote sales platforms, and handle operational onboarding for new hires.
- Drive continuous process improvement and documentation across the sales operations function.
