Requirements
- 2+ years of experience delivering high-touch, high-stakes support to customers, clients, or patients at volume.
- Experience managing cohorts of 50-100+.
- Proven track record of thriving in fast-paced startup environments.
- Background in healthcare operations, telehealth, or tech.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to flex between hands-on support and project work.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication skills for live training, 1:1 interaction, and documentation.
- High EQ and ability to build trust at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for assigned Medical providers from signed offer through their first 30 days.
- Build, own, and continuously improve onboarding materials and training, including live sessions and async content.
- Identify and fix friction points in the onboarding process to support scaling volume.
- Drive urgency toward activation by removing roadblocks and supporting providers.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics across multiple systems and internal teams.
- Monitor and improve key onboarding metrics including activation rate, time to start, and provider satisfaction.
