Requirements
- 2+ years of operations, project coordination, project management, healthcare operations, or related experience.
- Strong project management skills, including managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data validation).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and manage timelines across multiple projects.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, implementation, and execution of new initiatives and strategic projects related to Network Operations.
- Serve as project manager for assigned initiatives, developing project plans, timelines, milestones, action items, and launch requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or barriers, and proactively escalate issues and recommend solutions.
- Work directly with providers to coordinate scheduling, availability, logistics, and other operational requirements.
- Serve as a primary liaison between providers and facilities to facilitate communication and ensure operational needs are addressed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including technical, clinical, and operational teams.
