7+ years of experience in consulting, growth, client strategy, account management, sales, or operations.
Proven experience in a senior client-facing role working directly with founders, executives, or business owners.
Strong commercial understanding of B2B go-to-market strategies.
Direct experience across acquisition, sales, and delivery.
Experience operating in fast-moving environments requiring strong independent judgment.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose and solve business execution problems.
Strong strategic thinking skills to bridge the gap between high-level goals and daily execution.
Ability to communicate confidently and challenge assumptions with senior stakeholders.
Proficiency with AI tools to improve output quality and speed.
Ability to work independently with significant autonomy.

Responsibilities

Work closely with founders to understand business models, target markets, and current growth constraints.
Diagnose business problems, identify root causes, and provide strategic recommendations to move the business forward.
