Requirements
- BA or BS degree, preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong proficiency with Excel
- Understanding of funnel conversion metrics, retention rates and LTV predictions
- Experience with mobile user acquisition
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads
- Ability to communicate effectively with data teams and understand data architecture
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross functional teams
- Creative problem solving acumen
- Ability to take feedback and create a personal improvement plan
- Ability to follow-up on tasks and action items with little oversight
Responsibilities
- Independently manage significant performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize games’ growth and profitability
- Strategize, execute and continually optimize mobile campaigns on platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, DSP Networks, SDK Networks, CTV, and Influencer marketing
- Locate, negotiate and develop creative and innovative solutions for acquisition
- Grow and manage marketing partnerships for UA efforts across the globe
- Design and execute A/B & multivariate testing and present results to related teams
- Contribute winning ad creative ideas and run creative testing to execute on breakthrough creative strategies
- Work cross-functionally with product, ads, data, and creative teams to grow the portfolio and business through full-view lifecycle marketing
- Proactively source new partners to diversify portfolio
- Present and speak in front of leadership stakeholders from varying functions
