Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience in corporate technology with a focus on service and strategy.
- 4+ years of IT leadership experience.
- Experience managing a hybrid and international team.
- Proven project and program management experience.
- Experience establishing IT as both a service-oriented department and strategic partner.
- Working knowledge of Okta, MacOS, G Suite (including Gemini), Zoom, Claude, Jamf, Salesforce, and Jira.
- Ability to lead personnel from both a technical and career growth perspective.
- Strong ability to prioritize projects based on business urgency and importance.
Responsibilities
- Define and steward the mission, vision, and core values for the IT department.
- Determine strategic initiatives by analyzing data and gathering stakeholder feedback.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement, rigorous execution, and customer service.
- Establish meaningful metrics to measure IT performance and provide updates to the business.
- Develop, evangelize, and execute the long-term IT roadmap.
- Facilitate financial planning and resource allocation to maintain the IT budget.
- Build relationships with senior and executive leadership to foster collaboration.
