Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience in corporate technology with a focus on service and strategy.
- 4+ years of IT leadership experience.
- Experience establishing internal relationships with senior leaders.
- Working knowledge of Okta, MacOS, G Suite (including Gemini), Zoom, Claude, Jamf, Salesforce, and Jira.
- Proven project and program management experience.
- Experience managing a hybrid and international team.
- Ability to lead personnel from both a technical and career growth perspective.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize projects based on urgency and business importance.
- Experience establishing IT as a service-oriented department and strategic business partner.
Responsibilities
- Lead the IT department and connect helpdesk and IT engineering functions to strategic business initiatives.
- Define and steward the mission, vision, and core values for the IT department.
- Determine strategic initiatives by analyzing data and gathering stakeholder feedback.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement, rigorous execution, and customer service.
- Build foundational relationships with senior and executive leaders.
- Establish metrics to measure IT performance and provide business updates.
- Develop and execute the long-term IT roadmap.
- Facilitate financial planning, resource allocation, and budget maintenance.
