Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, sales account management, or a related client-facing role
  • Strong ability to communicate, present, negotiate, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level audiences
  • Intermediate proficiency with CRM software, such as Zoho, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions that address customer needs and support long-term satisfaction
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated approach to work
  • Criminal background check required
  • Must hold a valid passport as some travel will be required
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Negotiate contracts, close agreements, protect revenue, and support profitability targets
  • Ensure Quorum solutions are delivered successfully and aligned with customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, including new business, upsell, cross-sell, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to grow opportunities and meet sales quotas
  • Support challenging client requests and issue escalations as needed
  • Maintain regular communication with assigned account contacts, including performance reporting and updated contact logs
  • Attend training sessions and webinars to stay current on product updates, assess their impact, and communicate relevant changes
  • Represent the voice of the customer in Product Development meetings as needed
