Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Demonstrated technical accounting expertise.
- Expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
- Experience leading ASC 606 implementation projects.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to provide senior management with risk assessments.
Responsibilities
- Lead revenue recognition activities in compliance with ASC 606 and applicable GAAP guidance.
- Establish and maintain annual Standalone Selling Price (SSP) pricing frameworks.
- Record and review quarterly revenue adjustments and credit reserves.
- Draft technical accounting white papers and develop new revenue policies.
- Conduct RFP and contract reviews to ensure compliant revenue treatment.
- Perform monthly reconciliation and reporting of consolidated revenue from Oracle to the General Ledger.
- Support quarterly and annual close processes and external audits.
- Maintain end-to-end revenue process documentation, controls, and workflows.
- Integrate acquired entities and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new products.
