Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 12-24 months of experience selling accounting/financial project solutions.
- Experience in client relations within audit, tax, or public accounting.
- Proficiency in prospecting via phone, email, and social media.
- Ability to manage client relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM tools for activity logging and pipeline management.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a target list to develop client relationships.
- Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, ad calls, skills marketing, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives.
- Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
- Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information for managing a book of business.
- Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions across other lines of business.
