Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in IT services, enterprise architecture, consulting, or solution delivery.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Significant experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow HAM, SAM, ITAM, or related asset-management capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of hardware asset lifecycle processes (procurement, inventory, disposal).
- Strong knowledge of software asset-management processes (discovery, normalization, license compliance).
- Expertise with ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM principles.
- Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and ERP/endpoint/discovery tools.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration and scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub).
- Knowledge of integration technologies (REST, SOAP, SAML, LDAP, JDBC).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- ServiceNow CSA and CIS-HAM/SAM certifications are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for ServiceNow HAM, SAM, ITAM, CMDB, ITOM, and ITSM delivery.
- Lead end-to-end architecture from discovery and requirements definition through deployment.
- Facilitate customer workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and architecture reviews.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications and implementation roadmaps.
- Design HAM lifecycle processes (procurement, inventory, disposal) and SAM workflows (normalization, license reconciliation).
- Ensure data governance and process controls across CMDB and related enterprise platforms.
- Oversee quality across configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities.
