Requirements
- 7+ years in technical roles, with substantial time in customer-facing architecture such as solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting.
- Hands-on coding ability in at least one ecosystem: PHP and Symfony, JavaScript and TypeScript, Python, or Go.
- Real-world fluency in modern SDLC, including Git workflows, CI/CD, testing, code review, release management, and scaling.
- Strong competence in cloud and infrastructure, specifically containers, environments, secrets handling, and cloud primitives.
- Demonstrable expertise in AI-native development, including agentic workflows, MCP integration, and context engineering.
- Experience with governance, audit, and cost control for agentic systems.
- Strong ability to anchor technical conversations in business outcomes and manage stakeholders during executive briefings.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written architecture documents and runbooks.
- Comfort working in a young product category with high ambiguity across time zones.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship on opportunities including discovery, architecture and security reviews, and proofs of value.
- Build workflows, custom steps, and integrations using tools like GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Linear, Slack, and existing CI.
- Translate customer problems into structured roadmap input for product and engineering.
- Capture deployments as reusable patterns, reference architectures, and workflow templates.
- Manage technical aspects of security reviews, compliance, and RFP inputs.
- Deliver tailored technical workshops and executive briefings to engineering and finance leaders.
