Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience working in professional services, GRC, and/or ServiceNow.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Security and GRC technologies (e.g., ServiceNow, Archer).
- Experience with ITSM, GRC, and security systems integrations and implementations.
- Ability to develop overall architecture and implementation plans for broad-scope or complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience with multiple implementation methodologies/SDLC.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.
- Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), regression testing, and developing test plans.
- University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Technology, Software Development, Business Information Sciences, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow GRC platform for clients.
- Assist with proposal development, scoping, and providing advisory services for enterprise-level GRC projects.
- Develop architecture roadmaps for complex implementation projects.
- Configure and code IRM/GRC solutions and prepare technical documentation including design and test plans.
- Lead sprints, estimate work, and provide technical guidance and oversight to project team members.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub, and build reports using Performance Analytics.
- Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
