Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in site development, land development, or construction management for large-scale infrastructure, industrial, or data center projects.
- Proven experience carrying projects from entitlement through construction completion.
- Strong understanding of permitting, utility interconnection, and land use processes.
- Experience working with design-build or EPC contractors under lump sum or similar delivery models.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to make independent routine site decisions while escalating material risks to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Must be insurable under the company's vehicle insurance policy for travel between job sites.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day execution of assigned AI data center sites in Southeast from entitlement through commissioning and turnover.
- Manage the region's Site Readiness function, including surveys, permitting strategy, and early site diligence.
- Lead a blended team of internal staff and outside contractor resources supporting the region's sites.
- Serve as the owner's primary point of contact with the design-build contractor's leadership.
- Coordinate with internal Quality, HSE, and Commissioning resources to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Manage site-level schedule, budget, and risk while reporting status to executive leadership.
- Lead site-level relationships with local jurisdictions, utilities, and landowners.
