Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated professional experience in the construction industry.
  • Previous experience in customer prospecting, business development, and management of a client portfolio.
  • Strong commercial orientation and the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilience and persistence when handling rejection, commercial challenges, and changing market conditions.
  • Flexibility to adapt sales approaches to different customers, situations, and business needs.
  • Strong proactivity and ownership, with the ability to independently manage activities and remain accountable for results.
  • Good negotiation, relationship-building, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams while maintaining a high degree of autonomy in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new customers through inbound contacts, internal channels, construction-site visits, industry events, and telephone outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, supporting customer retention, loyalty, and post-sales activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal sales team focused on building installation solutions to identify opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and budgets aligned with customer requirements, negotiating terms and closing orders.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, including registrations, construction company profiles, contact databases, and mailing lists.
  • Monitor market conditions, including pricing practices, commercial negotiations, customer trends, and competitor activity.
  • Manage the regional order and billing portfolio, taking appropriate actions to support the achievement of sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the finance department by submitting expense reports and providing travel schedules.
  • Prepare monthly reports covering regional performance, commercial activity, market observations, and relevant business insights.
