Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
  • Strong expertise in Agile and Scrum delivery environments; familiar with Kanban.
  • Demonstrated experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog management, and feature prioritization.
  • Proficiency in creating user stories and defining functional/non-functional requirements.
  • Strong business analysis capabilities including process mapping, gap analysis, and acceptance criteria definition.
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with product and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Miro.
  • Understanding of APIs, system integrations, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and web/mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with Figma is preferred.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, objectives, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive offerings to identify innovation opportunities.
  • Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on value, impact, and technical dependencies.
  • Create and refine epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, UX, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning activities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams to ensure alignment.
  • Define and monitor product KPIs, usage patterns, and customer satisfaction metrics to drive improvements.
