Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis, business analysis, Scrum Master, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Proven ability to gather and document requirements and create high-quality user stories.
- Hands-on proficiency with Jira and Confluence for requirements management and project coordination.
- Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical execution.
- Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and commitments.
- Ability and willingness to use AI tools for productivity.
- Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist preferred.
- Familiarity with ITIL or process improvement frameworks preferred.
- Experience with refugee and immigrant populations or social programs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Scrum meetings, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Manage and organize Jira tasks across multiple Scrum and Kanban teams while tracking progress.
- Serve as a liaison between teams and stakeholders to ensure communication and resolve impediments.
- Analyze business processes to identify efficiency, automation, and strategic alignment opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, validate, and translate requirements into actionable user stories.
- Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Maintain project documentation and artifacts in Confluence.
- Utilize AI tools like Claude and Copilot to support project management and productivity.
