Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in content marketing, social media management, communications, or a related discipline.
- Excellent English writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content adapted to different audiences, channels, and formats.
- Practical knowledge of major social media platforms and social media or blog management tools.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
- Experience using graphic design or content creation tools such as Canva.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Creative, curious, and analytical mindset with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM or marketing platform is a plus.
- Spanish-language proficiency is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, original, and engaging content for social media, blogs, press releases, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Plan and schedule social media content, monitor engagement, and respond professionally to comments, questions, and messages.
- Write, edit, proofread, and publish blog content aligned with brand voice, audience needs, marketing objectives, and SEO best practices.
- Conduct keyword research and apply content optimization techniques to improve organic visibility and engagement.
- Draft press releases supporting company announcements, launches, events, and other newsworthy initiatives.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop and execute content strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Monitor content performance, analyze engagement and other relevant metrics, and provide reports and recommendations to improve future content.
- Partner with graphic design, business development, operations, and other cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding.
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously and contribute to additional marketing initiatives.
