Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience managing professional and specialized roles.
- Proven experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Demonstrated ability to source candidates proactively.
- Experience working within an applicant tracking system (ATS) with strong process discipline.
- Track record of balancing speed, quality, and communication across multiple searches.
- Experience in high-growth, multi-entity, or multi-brand environments.
- Experience recruiting for technical, infrastructure, operations, or investment-adjacent roles.
- Experience utilizing sourcing tools, automation, or AI-enabled recruiting technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-aware mindset with ability to manage execution using recruiting metrics.
- High attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and pre-boarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and business decision criteria.
- Build and maintain active candidate pipelines using direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and external channels.
- Conduct recruiter screens to assess candidate fit, motivation, and alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on structured interview practices and decision timelines.
- Develop and execute practical sourcing strategies based on market insights and business requirements.
