Requirements

- Experience partnering with GTM leadership to hire Account Executives and SDRs.
- Proven track record of identifying and engaging qualified candidates through diverse channels.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent roles effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to ruthlessly prioritize in a fast-changing environment.
- Resourceful and creative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience developing and implementing recruiting processes and programs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Define talent needs by analyzing projected growth, team structure, and current talent trends.
- Source and prescreen candidates through various channels including inbound, referrals, and outbound.
- Partner with hiring managers to build trustworthy, strategic relationships.
- Ensure a smooth and fluid candidate process from initial outreach to closing.
- Identify and execute closing strategies for job offers.
- Implement recruiting programs and build scalable hiring processes.
