- Experience with project management (task and deadline organization)
- Reliability in meeting promises and deadlines
- Ability to take ownership of mistakes and apply feedback
- Genuine hunger to grow into strategy and account ownership
Responsibilities
- Own copywriting for pod accounts (5-6) based on the strategy set by your pod's Senior RM
- Keep projects on track: status updates, chasing approvals, day-to-day sequencing
- Contribute ideas to account strategy and start building your own strategic instincts, working closely with your Senior RM
- Pull and format reports so your Senior RM can turn them into decisions
- Spot blockers or delays before they become a client's problem
