1-2 years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, or sales/revenue operations.
Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, nested IFs), PivotTables, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
Demonstrated ability to investigate data, identify patterns, and reconcile variances.
Experience with data documentation, quality assurance practices, and maintaining data dictionaries.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for summarizing findings for business audiences.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, CoWork, or Claude.
Basic understanding of business KPIs and performance metrics.
Experience with Salesforce or CRM data is preferred.
Exposure to Power BI, DAX, or dashboard publishing is a plus.

Support recurring and ad hoc analysis of pipeline health, bookings performance, win rates, conversion, forecasting, and target attainment.
Build and maintain reliable Excel models and reporting tools using advanced formulas, PivotTables, and Power Query.
Use AI-enabled tools like Microsoft Copilot and CoWork to accelerate analysis, reporting, and documentation.
Extract, clean, and normalize data from Salesforce, NetSuite, and other operational systems.
Reconcile analytical outputs, review variances, and ensure data quality and consistency.
Partner with cross-functional teams to document requirements, clarify reporting needs, and provide clear handoffs.
Contribute to dashboards and reporting views by preparing data and validating measures in Power BI.
