Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, implementation, or customer success.
- Ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment with high ambiguity.
- Strong technical acumen with comfort working within technical systems.
- Experience analyzing data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Solid experience with SQL and Excel (preferred).
- Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute projects across new and existing customers, keeping timelines on track and stakeholders aligned.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with assigned customer stakeholders.
- Contribute to a scalable deployment playbook to standardize successful deployment processes.
- Proactively surface risks and flag blockers early to keep implementations moving forward.
- Work cross-functionally with product and operations teams to translate policy into functional systems.
