Job Details

15+ years of experience in growth and P&L ownership.
Proven track record leading full-funnel growth (acquisition through retention) within a direct-to-consumer, retail, fashion, or lifestyle brand.
Experience managing teams through directors or senior managers.
Deep expertise across paid social, paid search, media buying, and performance marketing strategy.
Direct experience launching or scaling TikTok Shop and/or affiliate programs.
Strong understanding of ecommerce fundamentals like conversion optimization and site experience.
Strong understanding of retention/lifecycle strategy including LTV, repeat purchase rate, and loyalty programs.
Analytical mindset capable of connecting unified data across acquisition, ecommerce, and retention.
Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and external partners at a senior level.
Executive presence and ability to communicate strategy to senior leadership and the board.
Genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle, and community-driven brands.

Set the overall growth strategy spanning acquisition, ecommerce, and retention as one connected system.
Manage and develop the Director of Retention and Director of Ecommerce.
Own the growth organizational structure, headcount planning, and team build-out.
Represent growth in executive and board-level discussions and strategic investment decisions.
Own end-to-end new customer acquisition strategy across all paid, owned, earned, and emerging channels.
Lead the launch and ongoing scaling of TikTok Shop and affiliate programs.
Oversee ecommerce roadmap priorities including site experience, checkout, and merchandising.
Maximize customer lifetime value (LTV) by connecting acquisition channel data to retention and loyalty strategies.
