Requirements

- Background in healthcare customer service or complex, fast-paced support environments
- Experience using CRM tools or patient portals to manage workflows and communications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to simplify complex information
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Dependability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to solving problems
- Ability to handle high-volume, dynamic workflows while maintaining empathy and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Educate prospective clients on our enrollment process and address any areas of concern preventing booking
- Actively manage outbound communications to guide prospective clients towards establishing care and scheduling their first session
- Persuade unengaged patients to establish care and schedule first appointment
- Identify client needs and provide clear, accessible information to help them navigate the mental health landscape
- Improve health outcomes by driving clinical utilization and care compliance
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Document client activity accurately and in a timely manner within our CRM and patient portal
