Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing diversity recruiting strategies.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and shared files.
- Experience working with recruiting metrics, reports, dashboards, or other talent acquisition analytics.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect recruiting strategies to organizational workforce needs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively supporting multiple locations.
- Willingness to travel for site visits, recruiting events, and training as required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies focused on speed, quality, diversity, and candidate experience.
- Proactively source candidates and build talent pipelines using creative strategies and grassroots recruiting efforts.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruiting solutions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake sessions, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and post-interview debriefs.
- Analyze recruiting data and performance metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Serve as an external employment market expert by providing insights into talent trends and competitor practices.
- Support employer branding initiatives and community outreach campaigns.
- Mentor and support less experienced recruiting team members.
