Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in product management.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize roadmaps and communicate strategy clearly.
- Strong product lifecycle instincts with a focus on solving complex customer problems.
- Proven execution skills, including shipping software and keeping cross-functional teams aligned.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Experience with implementation, onboarding, or professional services tooling (nice-to-have).
- Experience with data migration or complex customer configuration (nice-to-have).
- Experience owning infrastructure, developer tooling, or technical product areas (nice-to-have).
- Demonstrated trajectory of becoming a domain expert and bringing energy to the team.
Responsibilities
- Own the implementation roadmap to remove bottlenecks and minimize risk in the customer onboarding process.
- Replace manual, engineer-dependent setups with self-serve configuration, data migration, and mapping tools.
- Engage directly with implementation managers and clients to identify migration challenges and process failures.
- Manage platform areas including infrastructure, reliability, and internal developer productivity tooling.
- Establish and track key metrics such as time-to-go-live, escalation volume, and manual touchpoints.
- Partner with engineering, design, customer success, and sales teams to deliver and launch product improvements.
