Job Details

4–7 years of product management experience with a history of squad-level ownership.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in A/B testing and KPI tracking.
Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments with minimal supervision.
Proven track record of shipping impactful features and measuring outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder communication skills and ability to present to senior leadership.
Familiarity with Martech stacks in regulated industries is a plus.
Experience partnering with data science or ML teams to operationalize personalization is a plus.

Own the end-to-end success of your squad, including discovery, KPIs, Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, and post-launch iteration.
Build and maintain a transparent product roadmap that aligns directly with overarching business outcomes and strategic goals.
Define the long-term product vision for your feature area in close partnership with design and engineering leads.
Execute rigorous discovery processes, utilizing frameworks like Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), problem framing, and assumption testing.
Analyze A/B test results and experimentation data to derive actionable insights and drive product decisions.
Act as the primary voice for your squad in planning forums, articulating priorities and navigating complex trade-offs.
Support the growth of the product organization by guiding L1/L2 PMs through pairing and mentorship.
Surface user insights and market signals to influence high-level product strategy.
