Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, digital health, or enterprise technology.
- Demonstrated experience owning products from discovery through delivery.
- Experience working with EHR systems and/or healthcare integrations.
- Understanding of healthcare workflows, data, or digital health technologies.
- Experience working with APIs and technical integration projects.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical product requirements.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Ability to operate independently in a consulting environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for digital health products.
- Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
- Define MVPs, prioritize features, and make data-informed product decisions.
- Lead product requirements for integrations and troubleshooting with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Document integration patterns, workflows, and API usage guidelines.
- Serve as a product subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements gathering, workshops, and roadmap discussions.
- Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
