Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline.
- 5+ years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience with functional/technical proficiency in financial systems.
- Experience implementing at least one module within a financial system solution (e.g., Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, Ariba).
- Background in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Sourcing, and/or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in designing and facilitating the setup and configuration of Coupa modules.
- Proficiency in business process re-engineering, analysis, and technical documentation using Visio and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage data formatting and import/export requirements.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
- Comfort and willingness to adopt firm-approved AI tools.
- Willingness to travel domestically 50-75% for project milestones.
Responsibilities
- Advise key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Coupa.
- Perform hands-on project management, requirements gathering, design, process improvement, and testing.
- Utilize technical experience across the Coupa suite, including Procurement, Payables, Expenses, and Asset Management.
- Implement AI-enabled solutions in accordance with firm policies.
- Mentor team members on career development, technical, and soft skills.
- Engage in firm-level activities such as recruiting, marketing, and business development.
