Requirements
- University education or equivalent experience in technology, computer science, adult learning, or a related field.
- Experience using artificial intelligence tools in practical or learning-focused settings.
- Experience designing or facilitating online workshops for adult learners.
- Experience using virtual tools that encourage group participation, collaboration, and interactive learning.
- Proficiency in Spanish (Level 3-Intermediate).
- Access to basic home office equipment and a reliable internet connection.
- Ability to complete a language assessment during the initial phone interview.
- Willingness to provide two professional references and one personal reference.
- Commitment to uphold the Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy and Code of Conduct.
Responsibilities
- Design a clear and engaging methodology for a virtual workshop on artificial intelligence.
- Develop practical workshop materials, including an agenda, presentation, learning resources, and hands-on activities.
- Facilitate an interactive virtual workshop that supports participation and applied learning.
- Provide editable workshop materials so partners can adapt, replicate, and continue using the resources beyond the placement.
