Requirements
- BS / BA college degree or relevant experience.
- 8+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in AI-powered systems.
- Track record of owning strategy for large, ambiguous product areas.
- Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility.
- Substantial hands-on work with AI agent systems, code generation, or programmable interfaces.
- Experience defining evals, guardrails, and success metrics for non-deterministic products.
- Proven ability to serve both developer-grade and approachable product user bases simultaneously.
- Curiosity and willingness to engage in the full craft of building software, from technical prototypes to user interviews.
- Ability to lead through influence, holding one's own with senior stakeholders.
- Commitment to building fluency in emerging AI trends.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Webflow's agent surfaces: the Webflow AI Assistant, MCP, Agent Instructions, and the AI platform.
- Sequence work so surfaces reinforce each other, building shared primitives to serve both 1st-party and 3rd-party agents.
- Define the quality bar, evals, guardrails, and metrics for agent experiences.
- Balance developer-grade surfaces like MCP and APIs against approachable tools for visual, less-technical creators.
- Represent the agent area to leadership, turn strategy into plans, and navigate cross-functional disagreement.
- Contribute directly to the product, including prototyping and occasional code contributions.
- Stay close to customer needs to distinguish durable bets from short-term AI fads.
- Set reusable patterns and mentor other product managers.
