Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in React and modern front-end.
- Advanced TypeScript skills and knowledge of modern React patterns (Hooks, Concurrent features, Next.js App Router).
- Experience with state-management tools (Redux, Context, RTK Query).
- Strong testing experience with frameworks like Jest, Vitest, or Cypress.
- 5+ years of experience with REST APIs and back-end services (Node.js, .NET, Go, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code.
- 2+ years of practical experience building and delivering modern AI capabilities into real products.
- Experience integrating LLMs via provider APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic).
- Working knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic architectures.
- Understanding of AI evaluation, guardrails, safety, and production observability.
- At least 3 years of experience leading engineering teams, mentoring, and delivery planning.
- Proven consulting and client-facing communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with client teams to discover, scope, architect, and deliver full-stack applications.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using technologies such as React, Next.js, TypeScript, and cloud platforms.
- Identify, prototype, and productionize AI capabilities including LLM integrations, RAG, and agentic workflows.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code and automated deployment pipelines for scalable, observable solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and maintain high technical standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and clients.
- Manage delivery expectations with stakeholders, balancing scope, quality, and commercial outcomes.
- Shape technical direction and document architectural decisions and trade-offs.
