- 12+ years of design experience.
- Deep expertise in systems thinking and designing across complex product ecosystems.
- Strong background working on large, established software products.
- Proven interaction design expertise, including understanding of diverse user roles.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities with experience presenting to VP+ level stakeholders.
- Experience in cross-functional leadership and driving progress without direct authority.
- Perspective on designing AI-powered or agent-based experiences.
- Ability to challenge assumptions and navigate ambiguity.
- Experience working across platforms or ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Design complex, multi-product workflows connecting outbound prospecting, inbound AI lead qualification, and demand generation.
- Define and communicate a forward-looking vision for prospecting at HubSpot.
- Partner with product, engineering, and design leadership to align on product direction.
- Lead through influence by building shared understanding across teams with different goals and priorities.
- Explore and define interaction patterns for agent-based AI workflows.
- Navigate real-world constraints including data accuracy, privacy, and customer expectations for automation.
