- Strong organizational skills for record-keeping and follow-up scheduling.
- Proficiency in online research and contact information validation.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify attorneys matching target profiles using public sources such as the California State Bar, law firm websites, and LinkedIn.
- Verify contact and professional information and maintain organized candidate lists.
- Conduct professional cold calls and email outreach using approved scripts while maintaining client confidentiality.
- Assess initial interest and qualify prospects for further discussion.
- Schedule qualified and interested attorneys for introductory calls with the principal.
- Track outreach, conversation outcomes, and follow-up dates in a candidate pipeline.
- Provide updates on sourcing activity, feedback, and recurring questions to the principal.
