Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or fire protection engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in a related discipline.
- Minimum of thirteen years of mechanical or fire protection engineering experience.
- Expert knowledge in strategic planning and operational management of engineering units.
- Advanced understanding of client relationship management and financial performance evaluation.
- Expert ability to lead change management and foster continuous improvement.
- Intermediate proficiency in utilizing CRM/ERP tools for pipeline management.
- Advanced skill in data analysis and establishing reporting capabilities.
- Intermediate experience with technology integration, data analytics, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, including to all 50 US states.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee operational units and manage staffing, planning, and budgeting for fire protection and plumbing departments.
- Act as the primary client liaison to manage expectations, solicit feedback, and ensure efficient program execution.
- Drive business development by utilizing CRM/ERP tools and aligning service offerings with client goals.
- Implement technology, digital platforms, and AI-enabled tools to enhance workflow automation and operational efficiency.
- Establish KPIs to monitor customer satisfaction, operational performance, and financial growth.
- Develop and enforce company-wide policies regarding standards, QAQC, and training.
