Requirements
- At least two cycles of experience in a voter protection role OR experience working in election law.
- Experience producing briefing materials and tracking legal and legislative activity.
- Proven experience developing voter protection plans utilizing field and paid communications strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently while prioritizing work effectively.
- Experience working across campaign departments.
- Familiarity with Votebuilder, voter file data, and election results data (preferred).
- Experience in a field or operations role (preferred).
- Experience automating and managing Google Sheets (preferred).
- Availability to work from 10:00am - 6:00pm ET with night and weekend flexibility as the cycle demands.
Responsibilities
- Track and develop voter protection efforts across multiple states, including early voting, mail-in-ballot utilization, and election day protection.
- Oversee ballot chase and cure efforts in coordination with the field team.
- Build and maintain reporting regarding legal and legislative efforts in priority states.
- Ensure program alignment on ballot access, voter turnout, and election certification activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director and National Organizing Director.
