Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, execution, and performance optimization for pharmacy enrollment, retention, and utilization.
- Manage end-to-end growth outcomes across inbound and outbound contact center channels.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless, high-converting, omni-channel member experience.
- Leverage data-driven insights and member journey optimization to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop key performance indicators to drive sales program effectiveness and cost efficiencies.
- Analyze financial trends and market utilization to improve sales performance and market share.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and identify new business opportunities.
