Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in performance marketing, growth strategy, and scaling D2C products or consumer tech brands.
- Proven track record of scaling consumer tech, hardware devices, or D2C products from inception to significant ARR (e.g., $100M+).
- Demonstrated success driving complex, multichannel product launches with external agencies and in-house teams.
- Strategic, data-driven approach to decision-making with the ability to execute tactically in fast-paced environments.
- Deep fluency in modern marketing strategies targeted toward family, parent, and kid-focused audiences.
- Technical and analytical proficiency to define KPIs and requirements in collaboration with Data leadership.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including leading investor discussions and aligning senior internal partners.
- Strong executive presence and ability to shape business narrative and growth strategy.
- Leadership experience mentoring high-performing, motivated teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy & execution for new products including target segment definition and channel mix strategy.
- Guide and align a cross-functional team across Product, Marketing, Design, Sales, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution.
- Build and implement scalable frameworks and processes for efficiently building, testing, and launching new products.
- Translate product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions and maintain market differentiation.
- Own channel and CRO strategy, driving continuous optimization throughout the conversion funnel to maximize revenue efficiency.
- Analyze performance against growth targets and identify new growth levers to adjust strategy as needed.
