Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science, healthcare, business, or related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in health system partnerships, strategic account management, or healthcare commercialization.
  • 7+ years managing complex healthcare system partnerships with demonstrable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement, delivery models, and institutional decision-making.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives across medical, clinical, payer, and marketing functions.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving performance objectives and managing negotiations.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for engaging with senior healthcare executives.
  • Ability to communicate complex scientific and clinical concepts clearly.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare marketing and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in oncology, diagnostics, or cancer screening environments is highly valued.
  • Ability to work remotely from an Eastern U.S. location and travel at least 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with academic medical centers and health systems to drive adoption and expansion.
  • Establish trusted relationships with CEOs, CMOs, CIOs, and cancer center leadership.
  • Build detailed account strategies to identify organizational drivers and decision-making processes.
  • Lead system-level negotiations and contract execution in partnership with legal and senior leadership.
  • Drive healthcare system workflow adoption, technology integrations, and provider awareness.
  • Lead executive business reviews, performance analyses, and strategic recommendations.
  • Identify payer and employer partnership opportunities to advance access strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional account planning spanning clinical, operational, and commercial stakeholders.
