Job Details

5+ years of experience leading software architecture initiatives.
Experience with cloud-native platforms, SDLC management, governance, and CI/CD.
Proficiency in Java and Python.
Experience with RDBMS and event-based cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
Experience deploying and maintaining APIs.
Experience in prototyping, experimentation, refining scope, and scripting/automation.
Strong understanding of software engineering and architecture principles.
Commitment to software governance.
Experience working in agile environments and guiding architecture for Agile Release Trains (ART).
Financial services, insurance, or regulated industry experience (preferred).
TOGAF certification (preferred).
SAFe certification (preferred).
C4 architecture methodology experience (preferred).
Experience with AWS tools like S3, Bedrock, SageMaker, EC2, Connect, CDK, and SDK (preferred).

Design and implement advanced software solutions, enabling loosely coupled enterprise-scale components across teams.
Drive legacy modernization by decomposing monolithic systems into loosely coupled, event-driven microservices.
Define vision and roadmap for solution modernization, experimentation, and governance with stakeholders.
Lead development and identification of use cases and PoCs, including design sprints and whiteboarding.
Establish standards for software quality, stewardship, ethical AI practices, and secure deployment.
Coach engineers and analysts in feature engineering, AI development, and best practices.
Integrate solutions with microservices, event-based architectures, and external business partners.
