Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- 7+ years of experience in systems engineering and/or software development.
- Must possess a CASP+, CISSP, or equivalent DoD 8570.01 / 8140 IAT Level III certification, or successfully obtain within 30 days of offer acceptance.
- Experience and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
- Experience using or supporting the use of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong working knowledge of RMF, Continuous ATO, POA&Ms, STIGs, ACAS/Nessus, and eMASS preferred.
- Experience integrating with security tooling APIs such as STIG Manager, Tenable.sc/Nessus, or similar preferred.
- Experience deploying containerized applications to Kubernetes preferred.
- Experience with documentation tooling such as Sphinx/reStructuredText or Docusaurus preferred.
Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using TypeScript for Angular web application logic.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using JavaScript.
- Implement unit tests using Vitest and conduct code reviews for quality and performance.
- Build responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, PrimeNG, and TypeScript.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and design schemas for MySQL relational databases.
- Write and maintain comprehensive public-facing application documentation.
- Containerize applications using Docker and Docker Compose for consistent environment management.
- Build applications in compliance with the Application Security and Development Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG).
